Description
Participants learn how to ride and handle a skateboard - both theoretically and practically. The basics include, for example, maintaining balance, carving corners and turning 180° with the skateboard. These skills are practised on flat ground and various ramps. The following skills are promoted in particular - motor skills, discipline, creativity and social interaction. If the weather is bad, the course will still take place. Although these lessons are not spent on the skateboard, other aspects of skateboarding in general - crafts, history, culture, art, etc. - are discussed indoors. The skateboards and protective equipment are provided by the provider.

Beschreibung
Die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer lernen das Fahren und den Umgang mit dem Skateboard - sowohl theoretisch als auch praktisch. Zu den Grundlagen gehören beispielsweise das Gleichgewichthalten, Kurvenfahren oder mit dem Skateboard um 180° zu wenden. Diese Fertigkeiten werden auf flachem Boden und diversen Rampen praktiziert. Dabei werden insbesondere folgende Kompetenzen gefördert - Motorik, Disziplin, Kreativität und soziales Miteinander. Bei schlechtem Wetter findet der Kurs trotzdem statt. Diese Stunden werden zwar nicht auf dem Skateboard verbracht, sondern es werden Indoor weitere Aspekte von Skateboarding im Allgemeinen thematisiert – Handwerk, Geschichte, Kultur, Kunst, etc. Die Skateboards und die Schutzausrüstung werden vom Anbieter gestellt.
