Description
In our tennis workshop we do not go to a tennis court, but use the indoor facilities of the school. The development and expansion of general motor skills is complemented by specific tennis content (racket, ball, net, perception, footwork). The level 1 course is aimed at the U8 age group, in which all-round exercises and the promotion of hand-eye coordination play a major role. The course should not be confused with traditional tennis training on a tennis court.

Beschreibung
In unserem Tennis-Workshop gehen wir nicht auf einen Tennisplatz, sondern nutzen die Indoor-Möglichkeiten der Schule. Allgemeine motorische Inhalte werden durch spezifische Tennisinhalte (Schläger, Ball, Netz, Wahrnehmung, Beinarbeit) ergänzt. Der Level 1 Kurs ist auf die Altersgruppe U8 ausgerichtet, bei welcher die Vielseitigkeitsübungen und die Förderung der Hand-Augen-Koordination eine große Rolle spielen. Der Kurs ist nicht mit einem klassischen Tennis-Training auf einem Tennis-Platz zu verwechseln.
